Return instructions

Unused products have a 14-day exchange or return policy from the date of receipt. The right to return does not apply to special products, such as products cut to size or devices programmed for the customer.

Returning a product to the store

If you want to return or exchange a product on site in the store, you can come to the nearest Marinekauppa store with the product to be returned.

Before arriving at the store, please take care of the following:

1. Bring your receipt for purchase (order number also works)
2. Make sure that all parts included with the product are safe and carefully packed in their original packaging.
3. If you have paid for the product at the store's checkout, please bring the same payment card you used to make the purchase.

Returning the product by sending it and making complaints

If you want to send us a product for return or exchange, or make a complaint about the product, please do the following:

1. Fill out the Contact Form and make sure that all fields are filled in. Also include proof of purchase, or order number . When making a complaint about a product, please also include pictures and provide as clear a description of the product defect as possible.
2. Please wait for further instructions from our customer service before sending the product.

Attention!

• If the return is not made in accordance with the return terms, we will refrain from refunding the full amount and may charge a €15 handling fee.
• Not picking up an order is not the same as canceling an order. We will deduct shipping costs from refunds for orders not picked up.
• We would ask that you do not call us about the same issue so that customer service is not overloaded and returns can be processed as smoothly as possible.
• Also remember to check your email spam folder.
