Garmin gWind 2 Wireless Wind Sensor

gWind Wireless 2 offers an easy-to-install solution that eliminates the need for cabling on masts up to 15 meters (50 feet). Accurate wind signals are transmitted via ANT connectivity directly to the GNX Wind instrument or compatible Garmin GPSMAP® chartplotter. The sensor features renowned Nexus® twin-fin technology and a three-blade propeller, ensuring accurate wind speed and stable wind direction in light wind conditions. A wide range of wind and sail packages (sold separately) are also available, which can be used as standalone wind systems or expanded into complete networked systems via NMEA 2000.
