An easy-to-use degreaser that facilitates the mechanical removal of sea lice from the bottom of a boat.
Hempel's Barnacle Remover is an acid-based product that easily dissolves barnacles. The product works by combining mechanical and chemical treatment. It is used in areas where barnacles commonly attach, such as outboard motors, propellers and boat bottoms.
Apply the product directly to the surfaces and leave for approximately 3-5 minutes. Apply additional product (especially on vertical areas) every 1 minute to ensure that any remaining surface defects are always in contact with the product and are therefore being dissolved. Remove dirt from the bodywork by high-pressure washing and/or light scrubbing.
If necessary, the treatment can be repeated. Rinse with plenty of water until all residue is removed.
