Nightwave is an advanced navigation camera designed for nighttime operation and is based on SIONYX’s patented Black Silicon CMOS sensor. This unique technology allows for the detection of obstacles and targets in starlight, without the need for white light or expensive thermal imaging cameras. Nightwave enables safe navigation, collision protection and maximizes time on the water. With an IP67 rating, it is durable enough to operate effectively in the most demanding conditions.

Nightwave's flexible installation options and video streaming settings allow for seamless integration with major chartplotter (MFD) brands, and the ability to display live video on your mobile device, giving you the ability to navigate safely in the dark with bright digital night vision.

With starlight, it can see beyond human vision. With a stable 44º field of view, you can detect unexpected obstacles, targets, signs and more. The durable IP67 rating protects against water, sand, salt and dust. A dry nitrogen seal prevents fogging in the lens, allowing Nightwave to be used safely even in bad weather conditions.

Nightwave offers flexible mounting options for seamless integration with MFDs and enables WiFi video streaming to the new SIONYX mobile app. It offers easy installation and customization options. You can choose to permanently mount the camera to a flat surface with the included mounting template and hardware.

The mounting part has four M6 holes, allowing for top or bottom mounting. For temporary installations, there is also the option to mount the camera with a single 1/4” 20 center mount. This flexibility makes it easy to adapt the camera to different needs and situations. Once mounted, the camera allows for manual vertical tilt adjustment, increasing its usability and adaptability to meet specific requirements and preferences.
