The Windex® 15 BirdSpike attachment is the perfect choice for all sailboats and racing boats 5-12 meters (15-40 feet) in length that have problems with birds on the mast. If you don't want to use the birdspike, it can easily be unscrewed.
The WINDEX wind detector offers exceptional performance. The secret lies in the needle, which detects wind direction even in very light winds. The included carbon fiber BirdSpike keeps birds away from the Windex without affecting its operation.

Reflective tape on the blade and grip strips ensure that the pointer is easily visible day and night. Windex® blades are durable and, when properly installed, will provide many years of use. They have been wind tunnel tested to 40 m/s wind speeds.

Windex XL is an easy-to-read wind indicator that offers, among other things:
- Cross-references
- Good visibility day/night
