Arida Sandefjord is a powerful and elegant dehumidifier with a drying rotor, specially developed for Nordic conditions where humidity and cold are often a challenge on board. It is ideal for use in boats – both during the season and during winter storage.

With a drying capacity of up to 10 liters per day, Arida Sandefjord keeps the boat's interior dry and fresh, even at low temperatures. It effectively combats condensation, mold and bad odors in cabins, engine rooms and storage spaces. Thanks to the advanced drying rotor technology, it works just as well at +20 °C as it does near freezing - unlike compressor dehumidifiers that lose their effectiveness in the cold.

The dehumidifier is easy to use with an intuitive digital display and can be emptied either manually via the easily accessible 3-litre water tank or continuously using the included silicone hose. The modern and discreet design means it blends in with your boat, while being easy to empty and maintain. The control panel makes it easy to set the desired humidity or activate the clothes drying function, perfect for quickly drying wet clothes or sails after a day at sea.

These hatch valves can be installed directly into acrylic hatches or onto the deck using a deck grommet. They are made from the same durable composite material as Lewmarin hatches, winches and winch components. The design is suitable for both low and mid profile hatches and provides a reliable and durable solution for efficient ventilation of the boat. The vent valves are tested to CE ISO 12216 and undergo rigorous leak testing, meaning that no sealant is required when fitted to the hatch. They can also be fitted to decks up to 100mm thick, providing flexibility in installation.

When installing on a cover, longer screws are used from the outside (remove the plugs covering the screw holes), while when installing through a hatch, flat-head screws are used to ensure a secure installation.

Do you have a dehumidifier that you would like to remove condensation from without having to empty the water tank manually? Now there is an easy solution! It has long been possible to connect a hose to the dehumidifier to direct the water directly to a floor drain or drain. However, this requires a free flow from the dehumidifier to the drain. But what if there is no free flow? What if the drain is located higher than the dehumidifier? In that case, you need a pump!

“Pump It Up” (air&me) is a small pump that is placed inside the water tank of the dehumidifier. The pump has a hose that leads out of the dehumidifier and on to a place where the water can be removed. Easy, efficient and practical.

Arida Færder is an efficient and compact dehumidifier for boats where space is limited but humidity control is important. Arida Færder is a permanently installed sorption dehumidifier that removes moisture from the boat's interior air and prevents mold, corrosion and musty odors. The device has WiFi control and an external, wired hygrostat. The dehumidifier also works excellently in cold conditions and blows moisture out of the boat as moist air - it does not collect water in the tank.

Færder is the same device as the Arida Pro S13 Wifi, designed for households, and the only difference is that Færder removes a maximum of 8 liters per day while the S13 Pro removes a maximum of 13 liters per day.

Easy installation

The dehumidifier is installed in a suitable location on the boat and secured securely. It can be placed, for example, inside a cabinet, under a bench or in a technical space.

• The dryer sucks moist air from the boat through a 90 mm hose.
• The dried air is returned to the boat through another 90 mm hose.
• Moisture is removed from the boat as humid exhaust air through a 40 mm hose and a hull penetration.

Works even in cold conditions

Arida Færder uses rotor-driven sorption technology, which ensures excellent drying performance at all temperatures, even in freezing conditions. Whether it is a warm summer day or cold winter storage, Arida Færder dries efficiently. This is especially important on boats where the temperature fluctuates a lot. The device is also excellently suited for freezing conditions.

HEPA filter – cleaner air and longer service life

The Arida Færder dehumidifier has a HEPA filter that protects the device from dust, exhaust particles, salt crystals and other impurities. Over time, these can reduce the device's performance and, in the worst case, cause dangerous situations. Therefore, it is a good idea to change the filter once a season to maintain the device's efficiency and safety.
