Caravan Water Heaters

Quick pressure relief valve for hot water tank

The pressure relief valve for the Quick water heater protects the heater from excessive pressure. If the pressure in the water heater rises above 6 bar, the pressure relief valve opens automatically and releases the excess pressure.

Features

• Suitable for Quick hot water heaters
• Opens when pressure exceeds 6 bar
• Protects the hot water tank from excessive pressure

High-quality stainless steel water heater. The hot water heater has a 1200W electric heater for 230 volt shore power, which can be adjusted with a thermostat, and a connection to the engine cooling system. The heater is made of stainless, acid-resistant steel with a polished outer shell. The heat transfer hose is also made of stainless steel. The insulation is polyurethane foam and the heat loss is approximately < 1°C per hour.

A thermostat, or water mixing device, is available as an accessory, which mixes cold water with hot water in the tank. This reduces the amount of water that is too hot entering the taps and keeps the water warm in the tank for longer. The tank has a 1/2” hose connection (hose connectors must be ordered separately) and is designed for horizontal installation on a cover plate, as well as vertical installation on a partition wall. The product is delivered with a safety hose.

Quick's water heater thermostat. Ensures that the electric heater keeps the water at the right temperature.

Quickin 30 liter hot water tank. The outer shell is made of composite, while the inner tank is made of stainless steel (1.5 mm Aisi 316). The hot water tank is highly corrosion-resistant, as the heat exchanger is also made of stainless steel. The heat exchange is also very efficient due to the large exchange area, which offers a higher capacity than many other hot water tanks on the market. In addition, there is a dense, high-density polyurethane foam insulation between the outer shell and the tank, which insulates the tank effectively.

This water heater provides both fast water heating and good heat retention. The water can be heated either by the engine cooling system or by an electric heating element. The heating element has a power of 1200 W and operates on 220 V, which is connected to shore power.

The hot water heater is equipped with an adjustable resistance thermostat and an overpressure valve. It can be mounted on both the wall and the floor using the brackets provided – vertically or horizontally – providing great flexibility in installation options. Only high-quality materials have been used in the manufacture, and the heater is made to last for many years on your boat.

Delivery includes power cord and mounting brackets. Can be completed with a thermostatic mixer - see accessories.
