Machine screw (MKFS)

The stainless steel machine screw MKFS is designed for mechanical connections where a strong, precise and easy-to-tighten fastening is required. It is also well suited for boat and marine environments where the fastenings are exposed to moisture and salty air.

Typical applications

• Boat equipment and engine installations
• Connections of metal structures and machine parts
• Installation of deck structures and equipment fasteners (e.g. railings, hinges, locks)
• Interior and electrical installation fastenings where a clean appearance and precise fit are required

Features

• Hexagon socket head enables precise torque tightening and efficient torque transmission
• Cylinder head offers a clean and low appearance
• Stainless steel (A4) has excellent corrosion resistance in marine conditions
• Full thread ensures a tight and secure connection
• Suitable for use with nuts and washers

Machine screw (MFS)

The MFS machine screw is ideal for applications where a flush and clean attachment is desired. Made of stainless steel, it is a particularly good choice for boats, dock structures and other marine environments where the screw is exposed to moisture and salt water.

Typical applications on boats

• Attachments of deck structures, railings and equipment (e.g. hinges, locks, covers)
• Interior furniture and equipment installations
• Fastening of equipment and machine parts where an inconspicuous countersunk head is required
• Applications where surface smoothness and appearance are important

Features

• The countersunk base allows for a completely flat surface without protruding parts
• Hexagonal recess facilitates installation and ensures secure tightening
• Stainless steel (A4) offers excellent corrosion resistance in marine environments
• Full thread ensures a tight and durable connection
• Suitable for use with nuts and washers

Machine screw (MCS)

The stainless steel MCS machine screw is ideal for boat and equipment constructions that require durable, corrosion-resistant and clean fastening. Typical applications in boats include:

• Fixing of railings, anchorage points and accessories (e.g. bollards, rope guides, angle irons)
• Equipment and deck structure fastenings
• Interior and exterior equipment mountings, such as bench, skylight and railing installations
• Electrical and control equipment mountings that require precise installation and a clean surface

Features

• Stainless steel (A4) offers excellent corrosion resistance in marine environments
• Full thread ensures a sturdy and long-lasting connection, even against vibration and load
• Hexagonal recess allows for easy and secure installation even in tight spaces
• Clean and low base is suitable for visible installations where aesthetics are important
• Suitable for use with nuts, washers and studs

Machine screw (DIN 7991FT) with countersunk head

Machine screw DIN 7991FT is ideal for mechanical connections where a clean, flush mounting surface is required. Typical applications include mechanical engineering, metal structures, electrical installations and equipment assemblies.

Features:

• The recessed base allows for a flat and unobstructed surface
• Hexagonal recess for easy installation and tightening
• Full thread ensures a tight and reliable connection

Stainless steel locking screw (MVBF)

The MVBF locking screw is suitable for structures where a secure and non-rotating fastening is required. It is commonly used in, for example, wooden and metal structures, furniture, fences, machinery and steel structure assemblies. The stainless material makes it an ideal choice for outdoor and humid conditions.

Features

• Square neck prevents screw rotation during installation
• Dome base ensures a clean and finished appearance
• Stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance
• Full thread enables a tight and durable connection
• Easy to install with a nut without separate fastening from the screw head
