Propulse composite propeller, adjustable and replaceable blades. Suitable for: Mercury-Mariner 25-60 hp, Nissan-Tohatsu 35-50 hp, Honda 35-50 hp, Suzuki 40-65 hp, Yamaha 30-60 hp outboard motors. The pitch angle of the propellers can be selected between 11-17. You can adjust the pitch yourself and give your boat the best performance in each application area (e.g. water skiing, light or heavy cargo). A properly adjusted propeller saves fuel, increases the boat's speed and improves driving characteristics.

Zinc anode for protecting metal parts of a boat

A zinc anode protects iron and other metal parts of a boat from corrosion. The anode is installed below the waterline on the areas that need to be protected, and it acts as a sacrificial shield against corrosion.

Corrosion occurs electrochemically when different metals are in contact with each other under water. In this case, the metals act like an electric battery, with water connecting the terminals. In this combination, the baser metal always corrodes first. Zinc is a baser metal compared to, for example, iron, stainless steel, copper and brass, which makes it effective in protecting more valuable metal parts.

Operation and installation

• The anode is always installed below the waterline.

• Installed longitudinally in connection with the metal parts to be protected

• The shaft anode is attached to the propeller shaft as close as possible to the shaft support.

• The zinc anode must not be painted with boat primer.

Maintenance and inspection

• Zinc anodes should be checked every time the boat is lifted.

• The anode must be replaced immediately if it is clearly worn.

• A worn anode no longer provides sufficient protection for metal parts

A regularly inspected and timely replaced zinc anode extends the life of the boat's metal parts and helps prevent damage due to corrosion.
