Halo 20+ Radar
HALO20+ radar's near real-time view and industry-leading 60 rpm rotation speed at short range provide ultimate collision avoidance. VelocityTrack Doppler technology identifies hazards in an instant, and the compact 20-inch dome antenna provides both short and long range coverage of up to 36 nautical miles.
Compact hood for near and far visibility
The HALO20+ radar is the perfect choice for coastal powerboats. It features a compact dome antenna that delivers high-quality radar coverage at short, medium and long ranges. Dual-range mode allows you to monitor two different ranges simultaneously, allowing you to monitor distant weather fronts while keeping an eye on nearby targets. The HALO20+ radar’s pulse compression technology ensures accurate detection in both selected ranges, and beam sharpening technology improves the separation of small and distant targets.
Excellent visibility helps prevent collisions
HALO20+ radar delivers a full 360-degree sweep every second, with an industry-first 60 rpm rotation speed at a maximum range of 1.5 nautical miles. These ultra-fast updates give the radar a near-real-time view at short range, helping to prevent collisions with fast-moving targets.
VelocityTrack Doppler Technology
VelocityTrack technology provides rapid visual feedback of objects approaching or moving away from the boat. Potential hazards are highlighted in color, improving the skipper’s situational awareness and reducing the risk of collision. HALO20+ radar automatically scans all visible objects within range, eliminating the need to manually select them. There is also no limit to the number of objects displayed on the screen.
Always ready
HALO20+ wakes up from a low-power standby mode in an instant, so it’s ready to go when you need it. Even if the HALO20+ is completely powered down, it will power up in seconds, unlike traditional radars that require minutes to power up. HALO20+ excels in both busy waterways and low-visibility conditions, quickly filtering out distractions and providing a clear, real-time view of your surroundings.
Ease of use
With Harbour, Offshore, Weather and Bird modes, as well as custom modes, HALO20+ radar's advanced signal processing capabilities ensure targets are visible even in challenging conditions.
