Musto Women's BR2 Offshore 2.0 Sailing Trousers, Red

The completely renewed Musto BR2 2.0 women's sailing trousers have received an updated membrane, as well as zippers on the sides, which allows you to go to the toilet without having to take off all your clothes. Thanks to the updated membrane, the water column value of the trousers has doubled further and the breathability value has improved. The BR2 trousers have a waterproof membrane, like the MPX Gore-tex trousers, which extends the life of the trousers, as the membrane does not wear out with use. BR2 is Musto's own 2-layer membrane, which has been on the market for well over 10 years and works excellently. The trousers have a thin lining. The new water column value of the BR2 trousers is 30,000mm and a breathability value of 15,000mm , which allows the trousers to withstand continuous rain for several days and also dry in boat conditions. The breathability is not as good as in the MPX Gore-tex series trousers, but the BR2 is an excellent choice for Finnish conditions and the Baltic Sea. The new women's model has an opening rear section, which allows you to go to the toilet without having to take off your jacket and all layers. The rear section opens with zippers that are placed on both sides slightly to the back. The straps of the trousers cross over the upper back area, ensuring a good fit. Due to the opening rear section, the trousers do not have a zipper on the front. The trousers have lined handwarmer pockets on the front. The attachment of the straps has also been changed, where the excess part is now pushed inside the fabric so that it does not catch. The trousers also have revised reflectors and a pocket closure flap that does not open easily with hand movement.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Machine washable at 40 degrees. Preferably wash separately.
• Only use liquid detergents intended for membrane products or Gore-Tex material.
• Do not use fabric softeners.
• Close all zippers and labels before washing.
