HX890E - Floating 6 Watt Class H DSC VHF/GPS
Standard Horizon introduces an all-new floating H DXC class portable VHF/GPS telephone: the HX890E. The telephone has many new features including two built-in encryption systems. Both the 4-code CVS2500A and 32-code FVP-42 Encryption systems ensure secure communications at sea.
Another new feature is the built-in FM radio. When you have time to relax and don't need to use the radio for communication, turn on the radio and enjoy your favorite channels. Other features include day and night display, waypoint and route navigation. Group monitoring utilizes DSC group positioning.
The HX890E has also been redesigned to fit better in the hand for greater comfort and has been tested in extreme conditions to meet the MIL-STD-810F Military Standard.
The device comes with almost all the necessary accessories in the package, such as a rechargeable Li-ion battery, alkaline battery holder, wall charger, charging stand, 12V charger, PC programming cable and belt clip.
The device has a 3-year warranty.
