Speedlink is designed for spinnaker use on racing sailboats and offers an excellent weight-to-strength ratio. The extremely lightweight construction, design, openings and reinforcements give it one of the best strength-to-weight ratios on the market.

No accidental opening: The special shape of the lock reduces the effects of inertia and prevents accidental opening, especially during impacts.

Made from HR 17-4 PH stainless steel. HR 17-4 PH is a special steel grade with high strength and corrosion resistance properties. It is particularly known for its good strength and excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures and in demanding environments.

HR means that the steel is heat-treated (Heat Resistant), and 17-4 PH refers to its composition (17% chromium and 4% nickel) and ability to be hardened by post-treatment (Precipitation Hardening). This steel is commonly used in, for example, ship parts, the aerospace industry, and many other demanding environments where excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are required.
