Zhik ZhikGrip II ICLA X Hiking Strap
- Patented ZhikGrip™ II technology
- Dimensions: 840 × 115 mm
- Double width to distribute the load and maximize contact area
- Padded for extra comfort
- Stiff inner layer for added support
- Pre-drilled mounting holes on one end
- Loop at one end for universal attachment
- Tapered back design allows for dynamic movement
The ZhikGrip™ II ILCA X hiking strap is a popular choice for dinghy sailors worldwide, offering superior grip and support. The tapered construction increases the contact surface between the shoe and strap, providing a more stable and versatile hanging platform, keeping you locked in longer and ready to perform at your best.
This new ILCA X strap is twice the width of previous models, providing even more support. It has been used successfully by Zhik-supported teams in top competitions and is designed for sailors who want a larger and more comfortable contact surface. The strap is fully padded and its reinforced construction ensures durability and shape retention even after long-term use.
The ZhikGrip™ II system has long been the international standard in hiking straps, providing exceptional grip and control for sailors from Olympic level down. The patented grip technology interlocks with Zhik Zhikgrip shoes, creating a superior connection between shoe and strap at all angles with just foot pressure. This improved connection maximizes energy transfer, reduces muscle fatigue and allows the sailor to breathe harder and longer
