Maximum body thickness below the waterline: 36mm (the ball valve to be connected requires 70% of the thread of the feedthrough to be installed correctly).
Use Sikaflex 292 or 591 to seal the penetration.

Composite (reinforced nylon) grommet suitable for use both below and above the waterline. When installed below the waterline, the TruDesign ball valve must be installed directly in the grommet. Suitable for all types of hulls, aluminum, steel, wood, fiberglass, etc. The material is very strong and lightweight. The material also cannot rust. Chemical resistant and resistant to diesel, gasoline, solvents, etc. UV resistant.
A plug-in ball valve requires 70% of the thread of the feedthrough to be installed correctly.
