The Glydus 90° hydraulic fitting is an elbow fitting for hydraulic steering systems. It is suitable for installations where the hydraulic hose needs to be connected at a 90-degree angle, for example due to limited installation space.
The fitting is suitable for connecting an autopilot as well as for dual-station steering systems using a dual pump. The angled design makes it easier to install hydraulic hoses neatly and efficiently, especially in confined spaces.

Glydus's T-union fitting with a bleed valve is designed to be fitted to the steering cylinder in a hydraulic steering system. The fitting is used to connect hydraulic hoses while also allowing the system to be bled at the same time — air trapped in a hydraulic steering circuit causes a soft, imprecise feel at the wheel, so a working bleed valve makes filling the system after installation or service much easier.
Built for marine hydraulic installations where correct pressure and a tight seal are critical. Fits Glydus/Multisteer systems with 3/8-24 UNF thread.

The hose is made from thermoplastic elastomer with synthetic fibre reinforcement and a durable black polyurethane cover. It's rated for continuous use from -40°C to +100°C, giving a safe, flexible, long-lasting solution for marine hydraulic steering.
