In the Sailing Ropes section you will find the ropes needed for trimming and rigging a sailboat from well-known manufacturers such as Gottifredi Maffioli and Robline. The selection covers both light and strong dyneema ropes (e.g. Olympicstar, Softech and Superswift series) and dyneema core ropes as well as traditional polyester ropes, trim and adjustment ropes and flexible rubber ropes with ready-made rope packages. The material and structure of the rope directly affect its elongation, strength and handling — dyneema stretches significantly less than polyester, which is important for uses requiring precise trimming such as halyard ropes and hoist ropes, while polyester is a more affordable and flexible basic rope for everyday use. Also remember that the length and thickness of the rope directly affect the storage space required — ready-made rope packages are sized for the most common boat categories, making it easier to choose the right length without separate measurements.
