Vessel Distress Beacons
Vessel Distress Beacons -ryhmän tuotteet

The MOB+ wireless emergency extinguishing system is designed specifically for boaters. The system consists of an xHUB hub that can be easily installed on the boat and an xFOB transmitter. The xFOB weighs only 10 g and is 4.4 cm long, so it can be carried in an xTAG neck mount, an xBAND bracelet, a life jacket or just in a pocket. The devices communicate with each other wirelessly. The xFOB can be used by up to six passengers at the same time.
When you enter the boat, turn on the device with a single press of a button (WIMEA allows freedom of movement 5-10 m from the boat). If a passenger falls overboard while on the water, xHUB will alert you and turn off the engine. After 6 seconds, the engine can be restarted and the person who fell from the boat can be picked up. When leaving the boat, the connection is turned off.
The xHUB connects to the boat's battery system (12 - 24V) and engine stop system. The xFOB has a battery life of over 300 hours. The system is easy to use thanks to the one-touch user interface.

The world's most compact Class I EPIRB with an automatic release housing. The rescueME EPIRB1 Pro combines compact size, durable construction and reliable technology, making it an excellent safety solution for commercial vessels, fishing vessels and recreational boating .
Designed for maximum reliability and ease of use, the device has a 10-year battery life and long operating time after activation, ensuring that emergency services can quickly obtain your location and track it for a sufficient period of time during rescue operations.
The EPIRB1 Pro transmits a distress signal on a 406 MHz satellite frequency , monitored by the international Cospas-Sarsat search and rescue satellite system, ensuring a rapid response anywhere in the world.
In addition, the device includes a 121.5 MHz homing signal , which allows rescue personnel to accurately locate the vessel near the rescue area. A powerful LED strobe facilitates visual detection, especially in the dark.
The EPIRB1 Pro is equipped with a Class I Automatic Release Housing (ARH) . If the vessel sinks and the user is unable to activate the beacon themselves, the hydrostatic release automatically releases the device from the mount. The beacon activates and rises to the surface to transmit a distress signal to the satellite network.
The ARH housing also includes an adapter for retrofitting , allowing the device to be installed in the same mounting holes as many older EPIRB models, such as:
- Ocean Signal E100 / E100G
- McMurdo E5 / G5
Jotron Tron 60S
If you are looking for an AIS-compatible EPIRB model , also check out the new EPIRB3 model.
