Anode Concept Beneteau Shaft Anode 50mm, zinc

Zinc anode Beneteau Ø50 mm

Zinc shaft anode for Beneteau boats with a Ø50 mm fixed propeller shaft . The anode is attached to the outer part of the propeller shaft and protects the propeller and shaft from corrosion by acting as a sacrificial metal.

Operation and maintenance

• Designed to protect the propeller shaft

• Replace the anode at the latest when approximately 50% of the material has worn out.

• Timely replacement ensures continued corrosion protection

• Zinc is a more base metal than the propeller and shaft and corrodes first, thus protecting the metal parts of the boat.
