This anode kit is designed to protect Yamaha 200-300 horsepower outboards from wear and corrosion in salt water. The anodes act as sacrificial elements that prevent the metal parts of the engine from rusting, extending the life of the engine. They are specifically compatible with Yamaha's High Performance series outboards.
The set includes two anode parts made of aluminum:
