- The Gecko Full Face helmet protects the entire head area from impacts. The Full Face helmet is designed for use in marine conditions and especially for use on fast-moving vessels, such as jet skis and high-powered motorboats. Unlike other Gecko models, the Full Face helmet model also has protection in front of the chin and mouth, which are most likely to be the first to be hit in a collision when driving fast-moving vessels. The helmet meets the requirements of the BSI marine safety helmet EU standard PAS 028:2002. The Full Face helmet has the best possible protection class of all helmets designed for marine use. The composite shell contains Kevlar and carbon fiber, which provides excellent impact protection, while keeping the helmet as light as possible.
The helmet has an inflatable inner lining, which is inflated and deflated using a blow tube. The helmet is a one-size model, which fits a head size of 57-62cm. The helmet has ear holes on both sides, where accessories such as a light or camera can be attached. Otherwise, the holes are covered with plugs, which are supplied with the helmet.
