Gelcoat Filler is a filler intended for repairing surface damage to gelcoat layers. It is ideal for repairing minor damage, scratches and dents in the gelcoat surfaces of boats and other similar applications.

Applications

• Surface damage to gelcoat surfaces

• Small dents and scratches on boats

Instructions

Preparation

• Carefully chamfer the edges of the damage.

• Clean the repair area thoroughly with, for example, acetone.

Application and finishing

• Apply the mixed filler to the damaged area.

• Let it cure.

• Finish with wet sandpaper grits 600, 800 and 1200

• Polish the surface with rubbing, polish and wax
