ICOM IC-M510E VHF radio, WLAN
The Icom IC-M510E is the first Icom VHF model with built-in WLAN, allowing up to three smartphones to be connected for VHF traffic management.

- Radio control and intercom via smartphone: Using the RS-M500 app (iOS™/Android™), you can remotely control the IC-M510E via WLAN. Up to three devices can act as a wireless microphone or remote control instead of a traditional microphone. Intercom function between the smart device and the radio is also available.
Integrated AIS receiver
The IC-M510E displays real-time AIS vessel information on the screen. The combination display allows AIS plotter monitoring during basic radio functionality and provides direct access to call a selected AIS target from the AIS display with a single DSC call.
NMEA 2000™ connection and Hailer (optional)
The CT-M500 is an optional accessory that can be connected wirelessly (WLAN) and offers NMEA 2000™ connectivity and two-way Hailer/PA functionality. Wireless connectivity allows for flexibility in placing the device near a NMEA access point.
Active noise cancellation
Built-in active noise cancellation improves both outgoing and incoming calls.
Integrated GPS
The built-in GPS receiver shows your current location and time on the screen. You can connect an external GPS antenna (UX-241) for better reception.
Wide-angle TFT display
The high-resolution color display offers a nearly 180-degree viewing angle and features excellent character and function icons. Night mode improves readability in low light.
COMMANDMIC™ (optional)
COMMANDMIC™, HM-195GB allows you to control all IC-M510E functions from one side of the boat. The devices can be up to 12 meters apart.
Intuitive user interface
A simple interface and shortcuts at the bottom of the screen make it easy to manage various functions. Viewing GPS position, AIS, DSC and menus is now easier than ever.
AIS transmitter MA-510TR (optional)
When the MA-510TR Class B AIS transponder is connected, the AIS function can make a single DSC call without having to manually enter the MMSI number.
Two-way hailer and fog alarm
The radio also has a 25W two-way hailer. When connected to an external hailer speaker, you can communicate to the deck or, for example, the shore via the radio's microphone and hear responses from the hailer speaker. A fog alarm can also be used.
