International Trilux Hard 2,5L Antifouling Paint

1-component, effective, hard anti-fouling paint against bottom vegetation and seagrass in marine areas

Hard, polishable surface that can be cleaned if necessary. Suitable for slow and fast boats, as well as drives and propellers. Based on the unique Biolux technology, in which organic biocides form a controlled-release film. Suitable for all materials: also properly pre-treated aluminum. If using on an aluminum boat, use at least two coats of 2-component epoxy primer. Not suitable for use on inland waters. In Finland, the use of biocide-based anti-biological paints on inland waters is not permitted.

Tips for the user:

Mixing: Mix thoroughly before use until the consistency is uniform.

Thinning: Thinning is not recommended. Anti-adhesion properties may be reduced if the correct dry film thickness is not used.

Cleaning agent: Thinner No. 3

Airless sprayer: Pressure 176–220 bar / 2500–3200 psi. Nozzle: 2180

Ventilation and humidity control: Ensure adequate ventilation during work.

Sanding: Only wet sanding is allowed for antifouling paints. Old antifouling paint must not be dry sanded or burned. The final shade will appear some time after launching.
