International

International Perfection is a two-component polyurethane paint for painting boat decks and upper hulls. The highly durable and glossy coating retains its color and gloss for up to 5 years. Suitable for wood, fiberglass, steel and aluminum surfaces over a suitable primer. Can be applied by brush, roller or spray, coverage approx. 12 m²/liter. For use above the waterline only.

Toplac Plus is a new premium marine paint suitable for most materials above the waterline. Very easy to apply with just a roller, no need for a separate levelling compound. With added UV protection, the paint is now even more durable and long-lasting.

• Higher and sharper gloss (Distinction Of Image DOI) than before.
• Thanks to the new improved composition, it can be applied with a roller without the need for leveling.
• One Up primer and Toplac Plus topcoat together form International's finest topcoat system.

Instructions

1-component, effective, hard anti-fouling paint against bottom vegetation and seagrass in marine areas

Hard, polishable surface that can be cleaned if necessary. Suitable for slow and fast boats, as well as drives and propellers. Based on the unique Biolux technology, in which organic biocides form a controlled-release film. Suitable for all materials: also properly pre-treated aluminum. If using on an aluminum boat, use at least two coats of 2-component epoxy primer. Not suitable for use on inland waters. In Finland, the use of biocide-based anti-biological paints on inland waters is not permitted.

• Flow rate: 7.9 m2/0.75L - 26.3 m2/2.5L
• Effective, hard copper-free antifouling paint
• Base color, used below the waterline
• Hard, polishable surface
• Can be polished to a very smooth finish
• Also suitable for lift-up and fast boats
• For all speed ranges
• Use at least 2 coats of primer with Trilux
• Also suitable for use on propellers and traction devices
• Applicable materials: Gelcoat, wood, steel, aluminum, stainless steel, lead
• Good suitability for difficult conditions

Tips for the user:

Mixing: Mix thoroughly before use until the consistency is uniform.

Thinning: Thinning is not recommended. Anti-adhesion properties may be reduced if the correct dry film thickness is not used.

Cleaning agent: Thinner No. 3

Airless sprayer: Pressure 176–220 bar / 2500–3200 psi. Nozzle: 2180

Ventilation and humidity control: Ensure adequate ventilation during work.

Sanding: Only wet sanding is allowed for antifouling paints. Old antifouling paint must not be dry sanded or burned. The final shade will appear some time after launching.

Safety data sheet:

• Anti-slip 1-component polyurethane topcoat
• Mineral additives create a wear-resistant and slip-resistant surface
• Suitable for all materials
• Non-reflective surface due to lower gloss
• Application with brush or roller
• Package size: 750ml

A good varnish should enhance and protect the natural beauty of the wood. Most wood varnishes are designed to protect against man-made damage such as oil, detergent and alcohol spills. However, varnishes designed for boats and yachts must also protect against the elements of nature: wind, rain and the sun's UV rays, which weaken exposed surfaces. The color pigments in paint products provide some protection. However, the color pigments in clear varnishes do not. However, clear varnishes do not contain pigments. Wood treatment products and boat varnishes provide additional protection in other ways.

• Clear, fast-drying 1-component polyurethane varnish
• Above the waterline
• Contains added UV protection
• Aging, hard-wearing, oil- and mild chemical-resistant varnish
• Apply 2 coats/day, sand only between 2-3 coats
• Enhances the natural appearance of wood
• Suitable substrate: Wood
• Surface: Full gloss
• A semi-gloss finish can be achieved by adding Matting Additive to the varnish, see compatible products

Flexible wood oil/varnish that does not need to be thinned or sanded between coats. The varnish leaves a translucent and silky-shiny surface, penetrating deep into the wood. Suitable for all types of wood, especially oily types of wood such as teak. Clear.

2-component epoxy putty for most materials above and below the waterline. For both scratches and deeper holes. - Light blue.

• Durable topcoat for painting boat bilges, hull plates and bulkheads. Also suitable for plastic and steel after appropriate pre-treatment. Protects against wear and oil and fuel splashes. Easy to clean and maintain. High coverage. Coverage 8.2 m2/ 0.75 l.

B-Free Explore is a biocide-free antifouling paint for use on underwater parts of boat hulls. When in the water, the paint forms a very slippery and smooth film on the surface, which effectively prevents the attachment of vegetation, while improving the boat's performance and reducing fuel consumption. B-Free Explore provides the same long-lasting protection as regular antifouling paints, but with less maintenance and without the harmful environmental effects of biocides.

Why primer?

Priming creates protection against osmosis and corrosion. It improves the adhesion, coverage, pore filling and water penetration of paints. Priming is the first complete coat of paint on a boat's surface. Priming is designed to adhere well to new surfaces and is formulated to meet the specific needs of each surface.

• One-component primer for wood, steel and aluminum below the waterline. Also as an insulating layer when changing antifouling paint. Coverage is 5.6 m2/ 0.75 liters and 18.5 m2/ 2.5 liters.
1-component primer for below the waterline
• Quick-drying
• Anti-rust primer for metal or wood
• Adhesion primer used as an intermediate primer for colors that cannot otherwise be combined
• Suitable for use below the waterline, as a base primer or as an intermediate primer between unknown paints (If you don't know what paint was used previously? ->Primacon can be painted over all old paints.)
• Suitable materials: Gelcoat, wood, steel, aluminum, lead, carbon fiber
