The Spinlock 6D is an evolution of the popular Spinlock 5D inflatable lifejacket. The 6D model has an even better fit and the difference is that it is a one size lifejacket, while the predecessor 5D came in three different sizes. The lifejacket automatically inflates in 3 seconds when it comes into contact with water. The new model has padded, form-fitting straps and a very durable outer shell that can withstand heavy wear. Includes the Pylon all-round visible light pre-installed in the lifejacket, as well as a pair of Lume-On flashing lights that can be installed in the lung. The Pylon light is activated by water, as are the Lume-On lights that start flashing, illuminating the entire lung. The lifejacket is closed with a zipper that tears open when the vest is inflated and the zipper can be closed again when the vest is packed and the maintenance parts are replaced. Spinlock vests have a unique manual release handle that is placed in the right lung area within easy reach. A handle-style trigger that can be pulled to trigger the life jacket before you hit the water. The life jacket has an inspection window that allows you to check the condition of the life jacket at a glance. Two green lines mean that the life jacket is in good condition. If red is visible in the inspection window, the life jacket's trigger parts need to be replaced. Dyneema loop on the front for attaching a safety rope. The loop can be removed with the HRS trigger.
