ZWBH seals are designed for use with water lubricated shafts. This updated monoblock design operates in the same way as the well proven ZWB seals, but with the addition of an extra lip seal (three in total, i.e. triple lip seal) for added safety. The shaft seal has minimal friction, a 10mm vulcanized hose piece for water pumping and is oil and grease resistant.
VETUS recommends annual lubrication with silicone grease to maintain the seal in optimal condition. The ZWBH seals are temperature resistant from -15 °C to +85 °C and are suitable for VETUS coulter pipes - bronze, steel or reinforced plastic. The set is supplied with grease and two stainless steel hose clamps.
