Correct epoxy mixing ratio and WEST SYSTEM mini pumps

All epoxies are designed to be used with a specific resin to hardener ratio. It is very important to follow the manufacturer's recommended mixing ratio to ensure the epoxy achieves its intended strength and durability properties. Adding hardener will not speed up the curing process, but will reduce the final strength of the cured epoxy.

WEST SYSTEM mini pumps are designed and calibrated to always dispense the correct mix ratio. One press of the resin pump equals one press of the hardener pump.

Correct mixing ratio

• Epoxy should always be mixed according to the manufacturer's instructions.

• The mixing ratio by weight is 5 parts resin and 1 part hardener.

• Adding too much hardener will weaken the properties of the epoxy.

• 25 g resin

Compatibility

• Mini pumps are designed for WEST SYSTEM 105 resin and 205 or 206 hardeners

• The pack sizes are marked with the letters A, B, C or E.
