• The Ultraflex C-2 remote control cable is a remote control throttle or shift cable that is installed between the outboard motor and the remote control. C-2 remote control cables are suitable for Japanese-made outboard and mid-engines, compatible brands include Suzuki, Yamaha, Mariner, Honda, Tohatsu and Yanmar.

Required cable length when using a transom or engine well mount:

• Measure the distance from the center of the steering shaft to the center of the motor, around the steering cable installation route. Subtract 10 cm for every 90° bend = required cable length.

Cable length when the cable sheath is attached to the engine exhaust pipe:

• Same procedure as above, but add 30 cm to the length.

The steering housing made of impact-resistant plastic and the die-cast steering gear ensure precise and safe steering. The flexible multi-strand cable makes installation easy. Suitable for 2-stroke and 4-stroke outboards under 55 hp and small outboard boats.

M90 MACH (with blue sheath) is a high-quality and durable control cable, suitable for demanding control solutions. The renewed control cable ends and the control housing side have a patented attachment that fits several control housings. The rubber seal on the motor side cable end prevents water from entering the cable. Min. bending radius 150 mm. This new cable is a direct replacement for the M66 cable.

Hydraulic steering 40–115 hp Ultraflex Gotech "Bullhorn" package

A complete hydraulic steering package for outboard motors from 40 to 115 horsepower. The package includes a so-called "Bullhorn" hydraulic cylinder with equal travel in both directions. The cylinder has a movable linkage that can be mounted on either the right or left side, making it easier to install in tight engine bays.

The steering is easy to install and fits most 40–115hp outboard motors (compatibility list below) . The system is delivered ready to use: includes a steering pump, cylinder, 6m high-pressure hoses with connectors, and 2 liters of hydraulic oil.

The steering system has a "non-feedback" function, which means the motor will not move on its own even if you let go of the steering wheel. Also suitable for autopilot and dual installations.

Steering system for outboard and sterndrive boats under 9m and under 50 knots, EN 28848. The sturdy steering box is made of corrosion-resistant materials. Includes mounting hardware. The steering wheel has 3 turns with a cable travel of 228 mm. It must not be installed on boats that use a larger engine than what is recommended on the boat's nameplate. The cable suitable for the steering box is M66 and Mach90.

Suitable for external side mounting. Reversible for both left and right-handed installation. Throttle and shift function. Pulling the handle out allows you to increase throttle without changing gears. Suitable cables: C2, C8, Czero and 33C etc. Ultraflex C5, C16 and MACH5 cables require the K35 additional installation kit.

Ultraflex hydraulic oil

Ultraflex hydraulic oil is a high-quality performance oil specially developed for hydraulic steering systems. The oil is made from high-quality raw materials and meets the requirements of the ISO VG 15 classification, making it ideal for hydraulic steering systems.

Ultraflex hydraulic oil has excellent viscosity stability and ensures optimal operation over a wide temperature range. In addition, the oil provides excellent corrosion protection and protects the hydraulic system from wear and damage.

Hydraulic steering package for outboard motors up to 175hp

"Bullhorn" style hydraulic cylinder, meaning the cylinder has the same stroke length SB and BB, allowing for easier installation in narrow engine bays. The steering is very easy to install and will fit most outboard motors as listed below. The system is supplied complete with pump, cylinder, 6m dual hose with fittings and 2 litres of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic steering has a "non-feedback" function, meaning the engine will not move if you let go of the steering wheel. Not suitable for use on boats travelling over 48 knots.
