Digital voltage detection relay.
A digital relay allows a second battery bank to be charged from each individual charging source. When the voltage of the battery being charged has risen sufficiently, the DVSR switches the relay so that battery bank #2 is charged instead. When charging stops and the voltage drops, the relay automatically isolates the battery banks so that the starter battery always remains fully charged.
• Charge two or more battery banks from a charging source, such as a generator or battery charger.
• Insulates the electronics from harmful electrical spikes in the starter motor.
