The GNX Wind Wired Sail Pack includes all the equipment needed to measure wind and water properties.
GNX Wind provides wind data to help you make decisions with confidence. It features a highly visible, glass-enclosed, backlit black-and-white LCD display with customizable backlight colors. It also displays two data fields and a digital wind rose simultaneously over NMEA 2000, including true and apparent wind data and boat speed. Low power consumption (350 mW during the day without backlight and 400 mW at night with medium backlight) makes it ideal for sailboats. Fully customizable user profiles let you customize the display layout to your liking. Display configurations include over 15 key boating parameters related to wind, speed and navigation. It can also connect wirelessly to your quatix® 3 GPS smartwatch using ANT technology to stream wind data directly to your wrist.
The gWind wind sensor's dual-fin technology and three-blade propeller provide even more accurate true wind speed (TWS) and stabilize true wind angle (TWA). The three-blade propeller is always efficient, unlike a cup-shaped one. The optical reading of the wind sensor ensures excellent accuracy in low winds and linearity.
The easy-to-read GNX 20 marine instrument display, featuring black digits on a white or colored background, clearly displays water depth, boat speed through the water, water temperature and over 50 other boating parameters. The glass-seamed display and anti-reflective lens ensure excellent readability 24/7, and the high-contrast digits can be set to a height of up to 36 mm.
The DST810 accurately measures depth, speed, and temperature data, and senses position for pitch/trim and yaw/roll data, and provides it to your NMEA 2000® network and GNX 20. This multi-sensor can read depth to 100 meters (330 feet) and quickly displays water speed at 5 Hz. It operates at a frequency of 235 kHz and has a 10 x 44 degree fan-shaped beamwidth. In addition, BLUETOOTH® wireless connectivity to devices allows you to calibrate the DST810 directly in the Airmar Cast app. Advanced speed calibration allows calibration at multiple pitch angles and speeds.
