The SteadyCast heading sensor is a simple and easy solution for boaters,
who need reliable direction information on the water. Here are the main features it offers:
Accurate direction even at low speeds
A 10 Hz update rate and ±3 degree accuracy ensure that the map heading and boat heading match reality, even at trolling speed or when stopped.
Reliable in rough seas: The sensor provides accurate direction information even in challenging weather conditions and rough seas.
Easy installation and quick calibration
SteadyCast is easy to connect to a NMEA 2000® network and calibrate with Garmin chartplotters. It also supports basic calibration on Garmin echoMAP models and other NMEA 2000 displays.
Free installation direction: Nine-axis MEMS technology allows installation in almost any direction without the influence of magnetic interference, and is also resistant to bilge environments.
In the package
SteadyCast heading sensor with integrated NMEA 2000® device cable (1.8 m)
