Harken 40mm Protexit Block (H1202)

Protexit mast/deck grommets feature a rounded aluminum protective lip that extends beyond the mounting surface. The lip prevents rope from rubbing and abrasion against the edges and reduces friction and wear on the rope sheath. Regardless of the direction of rope pull. Protexit grommets withstand greater forces for their size than any grommets Harken has ever produced. The aluminum grommets feature sensitive composite plain bearings and Delrin ball bearings on the sides of the grommets for lateral loads. The grommets are strong, durable and gentle on the ropes.
