Orbitrade rubber grommet / bellows for Volvo Penta S-drive drives. The grommet acts as a seal between the hull and the drive and is a critical part of the boat's watertightness.

Installation instructions (important)

When installing the bellows/rubber membrane in the S-drive, proceed as follows:

• Lightly sand both adhesive surfaces with sandpaper.

• Clean the surfaces with acetone

• Apply solvent-based contact adhesive (e.g. Illbruck CT050) to both surfaces

• Let the glue dry until the surfaces are almost dry to the touch.

• Press the bellows/rubber plate against the frame

• Press the edges carefully to ensure the best adhesion.
