Plastic Padding fiberglass batting is an effective and fast-curing repair compound for filling large holes and cracks in fiberglass and metal. The product hardens quickly, in approximately 20–30 minutes at a temperature of +20 C, and is excellent for demanding repair work.
The fiberglass reinforced base coat creates a very durable and sturdy finish. It is an ideal choice for repairing boat hulls, fiberglass bodies and other high-strength applications. The product can also be used to repair large holes and dents in car bodies. Excellent adhesion to metal, wood and hard plastic.

Preparation
Sand the surface to be repaired carefully.
Remove rust and paint completely
Dosage
Mix a quantity of putty about the size of a golf ball, i.e. approximately 40 ml.
Add 3–4 cm of hardener, or approximately 2–4 percent.
Mix thoroughly until smooth and free of air bubbles.
Use protective gloves and goggles.
Close the packages immediately after dispensing.
Dissemination
Spread with a steel trowel so that the compound penetrates the sanding patterns.
Fill to desired thickness, maximum 5 mm
Let it harden and roughen with sandpaper grit 80–120.
The best working temperature is around +20 C.
Curing time
Approximately 20–30 minutes at +20 C
Purifying
Clean tools with ethyl acetate immediately after use
Grease, oil and silicone prevent the product from sticking
Steel, aluminum and galvanized steel must be sanded and degreased before application.
