Plastic Padding Marine Filler
Plastic Padding Marine Filler is an easy-to-use polyester filler specially developed for boating and marine applications. It is ideal for repairing holes and cracks above the waterline in fiberglass reinforced plastic, steel and aluminum. Once dry, the filler is easy to sand, machine, drill, tap and polish, making it a versatile solution for boat repair and maintenance.
The product can be used both indoors and outdoors.

Instructions
Preparation
Clean and sand the repair surface carefully.
Remove rust and paint
Recommended sandpaper grit 80–120
Dosage
Mix a quantity of putty about the size of a golf ball, i.e. approximately 40 ml.
Add 3–4 cm of hardener, or about 2 percent.
Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and free of air bubbles.
Use protective gloves and goggles.
Close the packages immediately after dispensing.
Dissemination
Spread with a steel trowel so that the compound penetrates the sanding patterns.
Fill to desired thickness, maximum 3 mm
Let it harden and roughen with sandpaper grit 80–120.
Finish with sandpaper grit 120–320
The best working temperature is above +20 C.
Curing time
Approximately 20–35 minutes at temperatures above +20 C
Purifying
Clean tools with ethyl acetate or cellulose thinner immediately after use
Things to note
Grease, oil and silicone completely prevent the product from sticking

Instructions
Preparation
The repair area must be dry, clean and free of grease.
Remove rust and paint
Roughen the surface with sandpaper.
When repairing a hole, sand the area approximately 2–3 cm around the hole.
Fiberglass mat preparation
Cut a piece of fiberglass mat that covers the damage.
The mat should extend approximately 2 cm beyond the damaged area.
Polyester blend
Pour polyester into a mixing cup
Add hardener in a ratio of 5–7 cm hardener to 50 ml polyester
Mix thoroughly with a plastic spatula until smooth.
Use protective gloves and goggles.
Ensure good ventilation
Dissemination
Apply a thin layer of polyester filler with a brush
Place the fiberglass mat in place
Saturate the carpet immediately with polyester
If necessary, apply several layers wet or after the previous one has hardened.
New layers must be applied within 12 hours or the surface must be re-primed.
Plastic Padding fillers or gelcoat can be used to finish a smooth surface.
Curing time
Approximately 25–30 minutes at +20 C
At temperatures below +10 C, curing can be accelerated with heat.

Rinse the surface clean of salt and impurities with fresh water at high pressure
Let the surface dry.
Sand the surface smooth with sandpaper grit 100–240.
Remove dust by brushing and clean with a degreaser
Dosage
Mix a quantity of putty about the size of a golf ball, i.e. approximately 40 ml.
Add 3–4 cm of hardener, or about 2 percent.
Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and free of air bubbles.
Use protective gloves and goggles.
Close the putty and hardener immediately after dispensing to prevent drying.

Plastic Padding Chemical Metal
Plastic Padding chemical metal is an effective two-component repair compound designed to repair cracks and holes in metal, concrete and stone slabs. The product forms a highly dense, stable and durable surface that can be drilled, tapped and painted.
