Quick Balder XS900 Anchor Winch

Anchor windlass package from Quick. The anchor windlass is intended to be mounted inside the transom, but it can also be mounted elsewhere, as the engine can be tilted in 45 degree steps. Installation is flexible. The anchor windlass comes in X and Y models, which means the sheave is on the right or left side of the engine - considering that the winch is mounted on the transom. This package includes the X model, where the sheave is on the left side of the engine. When installing, there must be plenty of space next to the sheave and under the engine, which determines the best model for your boat, regardless of which side you install the anchor windlass.

The anchor windlass has a free-fall function that quickly releases the anchor and allows it to move freely until it stops, preventing the boat from moving away from the anchorage (can be switched off if necessary).
