Quick anchor winch package
The anchor winch is designed to be mounted on the transom, but it can also be mounted elsewhere, as the engine can be tilted in 45 degree increments. Installation is flexible. Anchor winches are available in X and Y models, which means that the reels are located on the right or left side of the engine, depending on how the anchor winch is mounted on the transom. This package includes the Y model, where the reel is located on the right side of the engine.
There should be enough space next to the reel and under the engine during installation, which will affect which model is best suited for your boat, regardless of which side the anchor winch is installed on.
The anchor windlass has a release function that quickly releases the anchor and allows it to sink freely until it is stopped (the function can be disabled if desired).
