Fuel filter MerCruiser QSD 2.0, 2.8 and 4.2

Genuine Mercury MerCruiser fuel filter with water separator for QSD series diesel engines. The bottom of the filter can be opened, allowing water to be removed from the fuel. Since water is heavier than diesel, it collects at the bottom of the filter and can be easily emptied.

The fuel filter should be replaced according to the engine maintenance schedule. A clogged filter can cause malfunctions or engine damage. Before installation, it is recommended to lightly lubricate the sealing ring with oil.
