Remote monitoring and control - built-in Bluetooth

You can remotely monitor and control the Smart Solar MPPT charger's various functions by connecting via Bluetooth and pairing it with your smartphone or other device via VictronConnect. If your installation is connected to the Victron Remote Management (VRM) online service, you will have full access to the MPPT's features anytime, anywhere, and both services are free. In the case of a remote installation - even when there is no internet connection or phone signal nearby - you may be able to monitor the MPPT by pairing it via Bluetooth with a LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Network) device, which is available as an accessory.

Load output

The smart load output function prevents damage caused by battery discharge. You can set the voltage level at which Smart Solar disconnects the load and thus prevents unnecessary battery discharge. And here comes the smart part: Smart Solar tries to reach 100% charge every day. If that is not possible - during bad weather - the device increases the cut-off voltage daily until it succeeds. We call this function BatteryLife because it maintains the health of the battery and extends its service life.
